Shipping costs depend on the delivery country: in Germany, €6.95, free on orders of €100 or more; in other European Union countries and Monaco, €6.95; for other destinations, €22. The exact amount is shown before you place your order.

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 72 hours, Monday to Friday (except made-to-measure items). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch: 3 to 5 business days in Germany, 5 to 8 business days in other European Union countries and Monaco, 6 to 18 business days for other destinations.

We ship with DHL, which handles final delivery, either directly or through a local partner.

Please check your address: an incorrect or incomplete address may make delivery impossible, and the cost of returning the parcel is then your responsibility.

For deliveries outside the European Union (except Monaco), any customs duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will find a solution with the carrier. Your statutory consumer rights apply.

If, despite all our efforts, one of our products does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. To help us process your return, please send items back with their tags and packaging where possible. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to try it on, an amount corresponding to its loss in value may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are made using the payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request. We may wait until we have received the items or proof that they have been sent. If you wish, we can also refund you with a store voucher.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Made-to-measure items cannot be returned. Gift cards can only be returned within 14 days of purchase and if they have not been used.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem together.

To keep your Marylou Rose accessory in perfect condition:
1. After wearing, gently remove any hairs that may have become caught.
2. For scrunchies, restore their shape by placing the seam along the outer edge.
3. When not in use, store your accessory in a dry place away from light, preferably in a cotton bag or a cardboard box.

Tips to extend the lifespan of your accessory:
• Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, or chemical products (e.g., hairspray). Apply hairspray before putting on your accessory.
• To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth. You may add a drop of mild detergent if needed. Let it air dry flat on a clean cloth.
• Do not machine wash or soak the accessory in water.
