Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our greatest reward! If, despite all our care, one of our products does not meet your expectations, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST

Log in to your customer account at https://account.marylourose.com, select the relevant order and follow the instructions to start your return.

You can also send us an unequivocal statement by email to hello@marylourose.com or by post, for example using the model form below, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your request before the withdrawal period has expired.

RETURNING THE ITEMS

You must send back the items without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the items before it expires. To help us process your return:

• pack the items carefully, if possible in their original packaging, with their tags and accessories;
• enclose a note with your contact details, the reference of the returned items and your order number;
• send your parcel with the carrier of your choice to the following address, and keep your proof of postage:

You will bear the direct cost of returning the items.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

REFUND

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase, at no cost to you. If you expressly wish, we can instead refund you with store credit valid in our online shop.

EXCEPTION

In accordance with § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items in the "Made-to-measure" section.

Gift cards may only be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase and provided they have not been used. After this period or once used, even partially, they can neither be returned nor refunded.
