SHIPPING COSTS

• Germany: €6.95 per order, free shipping on orders of €100 or more (value of items after any discount).
• Other European Union countries and Monaco: €6.95 per order, regardless of the order value.
• Other available destinations: €22 per order, regardless of the order value, converted into your local currency where applicable.

The applicable shipping costs are shown before you place your order. Item prices may vary depending on the delivery country.

DISPATCH

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 72 hours, Monday to Friday. This may take longer for made-to-measure items or during periods of reduced staffing. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Germany: 3 to 5 business days
• Other European Union countries and Monaco: 5 to 8 business days
• Other destinations: 6 to 18 business days

These times may vary depending on distance, accessibility of the delivery address or customs formalities.

CARRIER

We ship with DHL, which handles final delivery in the destination country, either directly or through a local partner.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For deliveries outside the European Union (except Monaco), customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient, usually to the carrier on delivery, and cannot be claimed from Marylou Rose. Please check with your local customs office.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your address carefully. An incorrect or incomplete address may make delivery impossible; in this case, the costs of returning and re-sending the parcel are your responsibility.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@marylourose.com and we will find a solution with the carrier. Your statutory consumer rights apply.
